Mission
NCEF raises community funds to bridge the gap between North Clackamas School District (NCSD) funding and the unmet needs of it's students. It's mission is to ensure NCSD students are engaged in school and ready to learn. Key investment areas include family support, early childhood education, teacher grants and college scholarships.
