THE MISSION OF NEPSAC IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO NATIVE AMERICANS AND THE PEOPLE OF THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE AND SURROUNDING AREAS. IN OFFERING EFFECTIVE, CULTURALLY SENSITIVE SERVICES, WE STRIVE TO IMPROVE THE DIGNITY OF LIFE WITH MEASURABLE RESULTS.
