THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO: ACT EXCLUSIVELY ON BEHALF OF CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES IN SERVICE OF PROMOTING DEMOCRACY AND ECONOMIC, GENDER, CLIMATE, RACIAL, HEALTH AND SOCIAL JUSTICE, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.
