NCIC'S MISSION IS TO DEVELOP ORIGINAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND MENTORING PROGRAMS TO ASSIST ENTREPRENEURS AND INCREASE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AND JOB GROWTH IN THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES. NCIC HAS A PARTICULAR FOCUS AND UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES AND WILL CONTINUE SIC'S WORK AND OUTREACH WITH UNDERPRIVILEGED YOUTH AND LOCAL NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
