THE PROGRAM PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE EARLY CHILD DEVELOPMENT FOR DISADVANTAGED PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY GRANTS FROM FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS.
