THE CONFERENCE FOSTERS BROTHERHOOD BETWEEN ALL LOCAL UNIONS OF THE I.U.O.E. HAVING JURISDICTION IN THE NORTHEAST REGION ENABLING THEM TO WORK JOINTLY TOWARDS THE ADVANCEMENT AND ELEVATION OF THE CRAFT AND ASSIST EACH OTHER.
