Mission

Northern Valley Harm Reduction Coalition is a 501c3 Non-Profit and Physician Lead Harm Reduction Program. Our program provides life saving Naloxone, Overdose Reversal Training, Safe Use Supplies, Syringe Disposal, HIV/HCV Testing, Drug Treatment and Service Navigation, as well as immediate needs such as food, clothing, and hygiene supplies to persons who use drugs and the community. Our organization seeks to help people who use drugs to protect themselves from injury/infections and provide essential safety net services. We are committed to reducing harm and providing evidence-based education, advocacy, and direct services to all community members within Butte County.
