THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND INFORMATION SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS BY ADVOCATING ON BEHALF OF LOAD FOLLOWING CUSTOMERS OF BPA TO PROTECT THEIR INTERST IN LOW COST AND RELIABLE POWER SUPPLY AVALIABLE FROM THE FEDERAL POWER SYSTEM AND OTHER SOURCES.
