NUTM FOUNDATION INC

NUTM Foundation, Inc. ("NUTM Foundation") is a nonprofit corporation established under the laws of the State of Delaware, which is formed and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and/or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). Specifically, NUTM Foundation is an education organization whose mission is to support post-secondary education in science, technology, engineering, mathematics ("STEM") in Nigeria and throughout Africa. NUTM Foundation plans to pursue its mission by making grants to educational institutions and other 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(3) equivalent organizations in Africa and around the world for purposes such as providing scholarships to students pursuing post-secondary STEM education in Africa, hiring visiting professors in STEM fields, and sponsoring research projects at African universities.
