NYC DANCE FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THIS ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN FORMED TO A)EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON SUBJECTS USEFUL TO THE INDIVIDUAL AND BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY AND B)ADVANCE EDUCATION. OUR ORGANIZATION HAS DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED ONE PROGRAM IN FURTHERANCE OF OUR PURPOSES. OUR PROGRAM IS ENTITLED: NYC DANCE ALLIANCE FOUNDATION. WE FURTHER OUR PURPOSES UNDER THIS PROGRAM BY CONDUCTING A FOUNDATION THAT PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT TO FUTURE GENERATIONS OF DANCERS. THE FOUNDATION IS A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM TO SUPPORT AND NURTURE THE NEXT GENERATION OF PROFESSIONAL DANCERS. THE FOUNDATION AWARDS ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO ONE OR MORE RECIPIENTS SO THAT THEY MAY FUND THEIR CONTINUED EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF DANCE. THE FOUNDATION RAISES MONEY AT BENEFIT PERFORMANCES THROUGH TICKET SALES AND DONATIONS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO RECEIVES CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ON-GOING ANCILLARY FUND RAISERS.
