TO PROVIDE REIMBURSEMENT OF QUALIFYING MEDICAL EXPENSES FOR ELIGIBLE COVERED EMPLOYEES UPON THEIR RETIREMENT, AND TO PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR FINANCING AND MAINTAINING THE OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE RETIREMENT TRUST AND THE PLAN ESTABLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT WITH NYSNA RETIREE HEALTH TRUST FUND.
