TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE HIGHER EDUCATION BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THAT MEET THE SPECIFIC CRITERIA OF THE SCHOLARSHIP AND GRADUATE FROM ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL IN ALAMEDA COUNTY.
