THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF STRENGTHENING THE OLD NORTH END CUMMUNITY OF BURLINGTON VERMONT, BY TRANSFORMING THE OLD SCHOOL BUILDING KNOWN AS ST. JOSEPHS SCHOOL INTO A MULTI-PURPOSE COMMMUNITY CENTER SERVING THE AREA RESIDENTS.
