THE ORGANIZATION DEFINES AND DEVELOPS ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS TO EXPAND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY IN AND AROUND THE OLD ORCHARD BEACH AREA. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO A VEHICLE THROUGH WHICH RESOURCES CAN BE MARSHALED TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN A FAVORABLE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CITIZENS AND VISITORS ALIKE.
