Mission

One Source - Empowering Caregivers' mission is to educate, support, and refer in-home caregivers in approaches and services to pursue a higher quality of life while caregiving 24/7, in the home, for a loved one. This includes free, non-medical person centered assessment and counseling visit to put together a plan for caregivers. Included in this person center plan may be a respite volunteer, and other community resource connections and referrals in Nevada County.
