TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN WITHOUT PROFIT TO THE CORPORATION A BASEBALL PROGRAM AND OTHER ACTIVITIES ESTABLISHING AND PROMOTING SPORTS AND SPORTSMANSHIP IDEALS AND COMPETITIVE RULES, REGULATIONS AND ETHICS.
