WE WORK WITH EACH MEMBER AND THEIR CIRCLE OF SUPPORT TO CREATE, IMPLEMENT, AND REGULARLY ASSESS AN INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN THAT INCLUDES GROWTH IN SKILLS SUCH AS MEAL PLANNING, TRANSPORTATION, EMPLOYMENT, HYGIENE, RECREATION, FINANCES, EDUCATION, AND HEALTHCARE.
