The mission of the Otsego Sailing Club, Inc. ("OSC") is to (i) provide an association of sailboat owners and others who have mutual interests in sailing and sail boat racing; (ii) to encourage sail boating as a recreative and competitive sport; (iii) to establish rules and means for competitive sail boat racing by members; (iv) to promote safety in sailing and all associated activities; (v) to promote good sportsmanship; and (vi) to do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain of its members or officers, except as permitted under Article 5 of the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.
