THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE OUTER BANKS RELIEF FOUNDATION IS TO ASSIST PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING ON THE OUTER BANKS OF NORTH CAROLINA WHO ARE BURDENED WITH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES DUE TO A DEBILIATING DISEASE OR ILLNESS OR A PERSONAL TRAGEDY TO THEMSELVES OR THEIR FAMILIES.
