THE MISSION OF THE OXFORD ACADEMY SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION IS TO EXPAND ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION BY INVOLVING AND ASSISTING THE COMMUNITY IN THE SUPPORT OF STUDENTS AND IN THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF HIGHER LEVELS OF EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT. WE WILL OPERATE UNDER THE PHILOSPHY THAT REWARDS EXCELLENCE, LEADERSHIP, AND COMMITMENT FOR MEETING SOCIETY'S EDUCATIONAL NEEDS BY STRENGTHENING THE UNITY IN THE COMMUNITY TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL.WE WILL OPERATE WITH VOLUNTEER, NON-SALARIED CITIZENS OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE TAX EXEMPT EFFORTS OF OUR GROUP.WE WILL DEVELOP AN OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE TO RAISE FUNDS FOR STUDENT AID DISTRIBUTION AND DISTRIBUTE THE AWARDS ON A FAIR AND NONDISCRIMINATORY BASIS.
