THE FUND PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE FOR STUDY AT POST-SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO DEPENDENTS OF MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING OF LOCAL UNIONS AFFILIATED WITH THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST REGIONAL COUNCIL OF CARPENTERS, WHO MERGED INTO SOUTHWEST MOUNTAIN STATES REGIONAL COUNCIL OF CARPENTERS EFFECTIVE JUNE 6,2023.
