THE MISSION OF THE PASO ROBLES CAB COLLECTIVE IS TO EDUCATE CONSUMERS ON THE QUALITY OF CABERNET SAUVIGNON AND BORDEAUX VARIETALS PRODUCED IN PASO ROBLES, AND TO PROMOTE THE VARIETALS THEMSELVES AS WELL AS THE GLOBAL MARKETING OF THE VARIETALS.
