TO PROMOTE THE SPORT OF CUTTING HORSE AMONG YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT MEMBERS OF PACIFIC COAST CUTTING HORSE ASSOCIATION (PCCHA) AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING YOUTH AND YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PCCHA.
