Mission

Penny Lane Centers ("Penny Lane") is a public non-profit organization established in 1969 and has been serving the community since. Its mission is to foster hopes and dreams and transforming lives by empowering children, youth, and families to reach their highest potential. Penny Lane provides, foster family home placement for boys and girls of all ages, a variety of community based services as well as services for those in our transitional housing and permanent housing programs. Penny Lane also offers a variety of outpatient mental health services in its 4 primary locations in Los Angeles County.
