THE ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP RESPONSIBILITY, LEADERSHIP, SCHOLARSHIP, AND SOCIAL SKILLS IN ORDER TO BECOME FULLY CONSTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND TO PROMOTE LIFELONG FRIENDSHIPS, TO REAFFIRM HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS AND VALUES, AND FOSTER PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE.
