TO INCREASE ACCESS TO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES WITHIN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES FOR UNDERSERVED INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. OUR TARGET POPULATION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: ELDERLY AND DISABLED PARTICIPANTS AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS NOT BEING SERVED BY ANOTHER AGENCY OR PROGRAM.
