THE MISSION OF THE PHILIPSTOWN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HUB ("THE HUB")IS TO CREATE AND COORDINATE LOCAL ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION RESOURCES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF PHILIPSTOWN, THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS, AND THOSE WHO WORK IN PHILIPSTOWN.
