TO PROVIDE ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT TO FAMILIES WHO HAVE CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS SO THAT THEIR CHILDREN CAN REACH THEIR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL WITHIN THE FAMILY AND SOCIETY.
