THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS TO INCREASE CHILD AND PARENT/CAREGIVER COMMUNITY-BASED EARLY LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN 0 TO 5 AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE THREE PROGRAMS ARE FAMILIES LEARNING IN PLAY (FLIP), HELP ME GROW PLAYGROUPS AND SUMMER CAMP.
