TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL BOATING OPPORTUNITIES THAT BEST SERVE THE RESIDENTS AND VISITORS IN THE REGION AROUND PLEASANT BAY (LOCATED IN CAPE COD, MASSACHUSETTS). PLEASANT BAY COMMUNITY BOATING AIMS TO OPEN UP ACCESS TO THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL TYPES OF BOATING ACTIVITIES, AND TO PROMOTE AN APPRECIATION AND RESPECT FOR CHERISHED MARINE ENVIRONMENTS.
