TO SUPPORT THE RISING TIDE CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL AND TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES AND PERFORM FUNCTIONS THAT RISING TIDE CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO PERFORM, TO AQUIRE, DEVELOP, OWN OR LEASE, AND MAINTAIN THE SITE AT WHICH THE RISING TIDE CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL IS LOCATED AND TO IMPROVE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.
