THE PURPOSE OF THE CENTER IS TO FOSTER CHILD DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FREE PLAY AND STRUCTURED ACTIVITIES SUCH AS STORY TIME, CRAFTS, AND OTHER SUCH PROJECTS. THE CENTER PROVIDES SKILLED CHILD CARE SUPERVISION.
