TO PROVIDE A MEDIUM FOR NETWORKING AMONGST THE CAREER FIREFIGHTERS OF THE STATE. THE MISSION IS TO FUNCTION IN CONCERT WITH THE OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES ASSOCIATIONS OF VERMONT, FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE FIRE SERVICE AS WELL AS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, CARRER RETENTION/ADVANCEMENT, AND POLITICAL AWARENESS. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PROFESSIONAL AND RECREATIONAL INTERACTION, IN A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
