TO OPERATE A PERFORMING ARTS FACILITY IN FLUSHING-MEADOWS CORONA PARK, QUEENS THAT PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTIONS AND OTHER PROGRAMS IN THE DRAMATIC, MUSICAL AND RELATED ARTS, ENCOURAGES AND FACILITATES THE USE OF ITS FACILITY AS A RESOURCE CENTER BY OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND PROVIDES ARTS-IN-EDUCATION PROGRAMMING FOR YOUTHS INCLUDING IN-SCHOOL WORKSHOPS AND LIVE PERFORMING ARTS EXPERIENCE.
