R-RANCH IS A 1093 ACRE RANCH IN THE HILLS NEAR LAKE BERRYESSA AND BORDERING A BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT NATIONAL LAND PRESERVE.R-RANCH IS A FAMILY RECREATIONAL FACILITY OFFERING MANY ACTIVITIES SUCH AS FISHING AND HORSEBACK RIDING. THE ASSOCIATION IS REPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON PROPERTY ON BEHALF OF ITS MEMBERS.
