OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GIRLS AND WOMEN TO DEVELOP PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL STRENGTH. WE DO THIS THROUGH WEIGHT TRAINING AND COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIP BUILDING.
