TO SUPPORT POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION FOR DUFUR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS AND TO PROVIDE ARTS EDUCATION IN DUFUR SCHOOL DISTRICT VIA THE GARNER ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS.
