OWN AND OPERATE REGAL OAKS APARTMENTS, A 24-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX, UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN HENDERSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA AND IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AS TO RENTAL RATES AND OPERATING METHODS. ADDITIONALLY, UNITS IN THE PROJECT ARE COVERED UNDER A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT WITH HUD AND A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE PROJECT'S RENTAL INCOME IS RECEIVED FROM HUD.
