THE ORGANIZATION IS THE TRUST FOR A WELFARE BENEFIT PLAN THAT PROVIDES HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE MEMBERS OF THE REGIONAL DISTRICT COUNCIL OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BRIDGE, STRUCTURAL, ORNAMENTAL AND REINFORCING IRON WORKERS UNDER A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
