IT IS OUR AIM TO ADVANCE THE SPORT TO A WELL-ORGANIZED AND AN EQUALLY WELL-CONDUCTED EVENT THAT EVERYONE CAN ENJOY. IT IS ALSO OUR PURPOSE TO INSURE EVERY CONTESTANT DESIRING TO REIN, A FAIR AND EQUAL CHANCE. THEREFORE, A UNIFORM SET OF BYLAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING A REINING EVENT WAS CONSIDERED NECESSARY.
