THE CORPORATION PURSUES THREE KEY GOALS: CREATING JOB OPPORTUNITIES, ENHANCING THE LOCAL, REGIONAL AND STATE ECONOMY, AND CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ITS CITIZENS AND THE ENTIRE REGION.
