THE ASSOCIATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE MEMBER SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDE SAFEGUARDING AND IMPORVING THE RETIREMENT COMPENSATION AND HEALTH SERVICES OF MEMBERS, AND SUPPORTING POLITICAL, LEGISLATIVE, EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS FOR THEIR BENEFIT.
