TO PROVIDE MEANS FOR THE RECREATION AND ENTERTAINMENT OF ITS MEMBERS, BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A CLUB WITH THE PROPER ANCHORAGE, MARINA AND RELATED FACILITIES TO PROMOTE YACHTING, SEAMANSHIP AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.
