THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF RISING HOPE IS TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE THE MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL HEALTH OF ALL PEOPLE, BY PROVIDING OUPATIENT SERVICES TO THOSE IN NEED, WHILE EDUCATING AND PROMOTING AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES TO THE COMMUNITY.
