THE PLAN IS A SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFIT PLAN COVERING PERSONS EMPLOYED BY THE ROSLYN UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT (THE SCHOOL DISTRICT), AT A STATUS OF 50% OR MORE, ON WHOSE BEHALF CONTRIBUTIONS ARE MADE TO THE PLAN, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE ROSLYN TEACHERS ASSOCIATION (THE UNION), EMPLOYEES OF THE PLAN, AND CERTAIN OTHER PERSONS.
