DISTRICT 5710 EXISTS SOLELY TO SUPPORT LOCAL CLUBS. OUR MISSION IS TO ORGANIZE DISTRICT LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PROGRAMS WITH A VIEW OF ENHANCING LOCAL ROTARY CLUB LEADERSHIP TO EVOLVE CLUBS CONSISTENT WITH THE ROTARY EFFECTIVE CLUB MODEL.
