PTCRC STRIVES TO PROMOTE THE FURTHERANCE ROWING AMONG AMATEURS, MORE PARTICULARLY THE INSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT, AND COMPETITION IN, AND ENJOYMENT OF, THE ART OF ROWING AND THE PROMOTION OF A FRIENDLY AND SOCIAL SPIRIT AMONG ITS MEMBERS.
