RPSG CLUB HOPES TO PROMOTE THE BEST INTEREST AND TRUE SPIRIT OF THE GAME OF GOLF. IT WILL MAINTAIN A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF HANDICAPPING AS SET FORTH IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE US GOLF ASSOC., THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PUBLIC LINKS GOLF ASSOC., AND THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GOLF ASSOCIATION. IT WILL PROVIDE A CONVENIENT AND AUTHORITATIVE BODY TO GOVERN THE MEMBER'S PARTICIPATION IN TOURNAMENTS.
