Mission

The mission of Rural Employment Alternatives, Inc. ("REA, Inc.") is to provide meaningful community access opportunities, classes and daily living skills programming to individuals who experience mental and physical disabilities and require supervision and assistance. The agency empowers each individual to identify possibilities, become self-advocates and achieve their dreams.
