RUSSELL COUNTRY IS THE REGION DESIGNATED BY THE MONTANA GOVERNOR'S TOURISM ADVISORY COUNCIL. THE SPECIFIC INTENT OF RUSSELL COUNTRY IS TO BE AN "UMBRELLA ORGANIZATION TO EFFICIENTLY COORDINATE TOURISM PROMOTION IN THE AREAS HEREIN DEFINED TO BE WITHIN ITS REGIONAL BOUNDARIES. RUSSELL COUNTRY SHALL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES: THE THIRTEEN COUNTIES OF FERGUS, TOOLE, LIBERTY, HILL, BLAINE, TETON, WHEATLAND, MEAGHER, JUDITH BASIN, PONDERA, CHOUTEAU, CASCADE, AND PETROLEUM AS DESIGNATED BY THE STATE OF MONTANA.
